Great tool for managing all aspects regarding sales
I like that it has many different features to suit any type of business, from small local stores to large retailers. The support team are very helpful when you need help with something specific. There isn't anything in particular i dislike about this product but if there was then it would be how easy it can sometimes be to use! It's great at integrating with other systems such as accounting so we make sure our stock levels match up perfectly between online orders and store inventory which saves us loads of time.
Pros
- The features that are in this product and the support team! I would like to be a support team and I would like to be a product with this many features!
Cons
- I dislike the time it can sometimes be to use, it's a great product but sometimes, and I can't be sure if it's the product, you can use it and then it's very easy
