Okay this thing is sturdy and VERY sharp. I'm glad we spent the extra money. We've seen others fall short but I can tell you this is HIGH PERFORMANCE and well worth it. He cut through the pizza we made like it wasn't even there. Perfect cuts. This is a (industrial) Pizza Shop quality product. We are very happy with it and don't think we'll ever have to buy it again. Oh, and EASY to clean. Heck, we only fouled the tip of the blade. Don't waste money on anything else. I've read of people trying many cutters before finding anything similar. Now spend a little more to get it. If you buy something else, only buy this one later if the others don't suit you.
