The best thing I like about this system was that it allows me access all my patient information from anywhere, anytime by just using an internet connection in any part across globe! It's very easy for users who are newbie or less familiar with IT systems such as computers etc., because they can get used easily if you teach them how use efficiently everything within AMS platform (such us entering data into tables). So far there were no major issues encountered while working at our facility but we did encounter minor problems here nthere which required manual intervention so nothing serious though!! Overall am satisfied withe service provided btwn myself &AMB team members especially when i call their customer care line during non business hours/weekends /holidays! They always respond quickly without fail!! Always give your time schedule first before calling other staffs!! If u want ur patients info accessible around 24 hrs per day 7 days out off week then go ahead. We solved many queries regarding medical record keeping process through helpdesk section available only thru phone calls not via emails unlike some electronic health records where email could be sent directly instead waiting patiently till next office hour comes. ! Great product overall great experience dealing wth auto medsystm services provider. . . . ! Good job guys keep I like the ease of use and how well the software works. I like that it is able to be used by different specialties and providers. I dislike that the training is very limited. I think it is limited to only a few staff members. We are able to use it for our practices. We use it to track patient insurance information. We are able to use it for our clinics. It is very easy to use and is a great way to keep track of patient information.
