I received 2 different packages, a cool box and a warm box. Both packages were well packed in separate boxes - no broken glass! A variety of packages offer a good selection of glass colors and textures. This would be ideal for those just starting out with mosaics or stained glass as they have a great selection for the price of 2 standard size sheets at my local glass shop. Even if you don't have access to a local retailer, many of the larger online stained glass stores are slow and quite expensive. Both packs were the same color but otherwise in each pack were 9 very different pieces of glass. The thickness of the glass seems to be standard and I was able to use it along with other plates I had on hand. The glass has minimal imperfections and is lightly cut/scratched. The glass also withstood soldering well and suffered no thermal cracking. My only complaint about this packaging is that the entire glass is covered with a strong film on one side. I was able to remove most of the film with a thin steel wool and a dilute ammonia bath, which I use to clean the glass before applying the copper foil.
