Noise, low, terrible amplifier

Extremely loud noise all the time. The music plays very softly and you cannot hear the music over the running water. The hiss/white noise is the worst and it stays on 24/7. The bluetooth amplifier is not sealed and looks cheap. The lack of Bluetooth protection is shocking. ANYONE can connect to our speaker as long as it is within range and play music/control your speakers at any time.
