According to the description it is a set of 3. But that's a bit of false advertising: the "troika" here consists of three parts of a pan (the pan itself, a plastic lid, and a cooking grate). insert) and it is NOT a set of 3 pans as we expected. Other than that, the pan we received is pretty great. We've used it for a variety of things so far including 2 different types of desserts and it cleans well and looks new after each one (no more disposable 9x13 pans for dirty dishes!). The cooking grate is pretty cool for things like fish or meat, but the lid is plastic to keep it secure, not for baking in the oven. So if you have a dish that needs to be cooked with a lid (e.g. lasagna), you'll need to use aluminum foil or something similar instead of the lid that comes with it.
