I like that there is a manual option for all three settings, although an automatic setting would be nice (which I found out after using it for a week). This seems to work for my dog and I love that I can change the amount of citronella thrown out. He doesn't mind wearing a collar and it's really effective in all three cases. I also like that it glows. The main downside is that the remote seems unreliable when communicating with the collar. Sometimes it feels like I have to take the collar off and on again to get them back together. And once or twice the collar turned itself off. could it be a timeout issue? Overall it works for us but I gave it three stars because I might return it to try another one as the remote doesn't seem reliable.
