I have had this computer for several years and have tried other brands of ink several times except HP because the ink cost is higher than the printer. She just wouldn't accept it. Decided to try this one based on the reviews. No problem! The printed report looked just as good as previous HP cartridges. UPDATE: The printed report was the only page that printed with no issues. I use a different printer for everyday items, but I need this one for specialty items. When I used it again the line didn't print about 2 inches on the side. I ran a few test pages and every black cartridge I used from that order didn't print, and another line in the middle of the page didn't print, and the fifth test page didn't print the last few lines on the page. . I then tried the yellow cartridge just to see if any of the others worked. The printer would not accept it at all. I would suggest that you try all of the cartridges to make sure they work, even if you only need one at the moment, and print a few test pages to be sure. I was so disappointed because I really wanted it to work. HP printer cartridges are very expensive.
