Our dryer strap broke so I had to take the dryer off the wall to fix it. I found out while disassembling it I would clean the air ducts (they didn't clean it for 4 years when we moved into the house). I ordered this brush to make my job easier. I tried the connecting pipe from the dryer to the wall. I did an excellent job cleaning the flex hose - although I've learned not to flip the drill bit as the head can come loose! In the tube I connected all the sections and got a heap of heaps that you see in the picture. I was in tight spaces so had to assemble and disassemble while plugging and unplugging the brush. It's okay, but you need pliers to hold one part to unscrew the end part. Perhaps a product improvement is to have a hex connector with a drill at the end of each section, so you can easily insert it into each of the sections without tightening or loosening the chuck on the drill. In general, the purchase is satisfied! I recommend it for those who do housework with their own hands!
