What rave reviews?! Unreal. This is a completely ineffective product. Doesn't remove hair! I thought you might need to use it at an angle. It turns out it doesn't matter. And it was terribly irritating to my skin, and I lathered it up with warm water and a good facial cleanser. Don't waste your money ladies. I don't know what to do. These Venus style razors are too wide to use on the upper lip and the Sensor Excell razors (which I've used for years) are no longer available. Facial epilators are too aggressive and chemically burn facial skin.
