Great software - especially if looking into using chatbots

It's very easy to use and has great features. I like that it allows you to customize your own look and feel. There are some customization options that could be improved, but overall I'm happy with how everything works. The customer service is also top-notch. They have been extremely helpful when we've had questions or needed assistance. We're able to handle multiple calls at once without having to open up more than one window. We can easily add new agents and set them up so they don't need any training. It's also very good for monitoring agent performance as well.
