Overall a good product with room for improvement

The best part of this product is its ability to handle many different types of calls which makes it more flexible than other products I have worked with previously. It has been difficult at times trying to figure out how everything works together but once you get used to it there are no issues that come up during normal use. This system can be improved upon though by adding new features if needed or changing existing ones as they become outdated (such as not being able to search through all…

Great software - especially if looking into using chatbots

It's very easy to use and has great features. I like that it allows you to customize your own look and feel. There are some customization options that could be improved, but overall I'm happy with how everything works. The customer service is also top-notch. They have been extremely helpful when we've had questions or needed assistance. We're able to handle multiple calls at once without having to open up more than one window. We can easily add new agents and set them up so they don't need any

A Great Contact Center Solution That Scales Well

The features are very easy to use and it's great that support can be contacted anytime through this platform as well. There isn't really anything I dislike about this system so far. It has been used by multiple companies within our organization and we've seen no issues with compatibility or any other problems while using it. They have an amazing customer service team who is always willing to help solve any problems you might encounter. This makes having any questions answered very simple. The…
