A Great Contact Center Solution That Scales Well

The features are very easy to use and it's great that support can be contacted anytime through this platform as well. There isn't really anything I dislike about this system so far. It has been used by multiple companies within our organization and we've seen no issues with compatibility or any other problems while using it. They have an amazing customer service team who is always willing to help solve any problems you might encounter. This makes having any questions answered very simple. The main benefit to using InterDialog is that it is very user friendly and intuitive. The reporting is very easy to use and the customer service is outstanding. It is a great product that allows for the seamless transition into a unified contact center. It is very scalable. the reporting is very easy to use and the customer service is outstanding. I have nothing to dislike about InterDialog. It is a great product for any size company. It has been a great fit for the company with whom I work.
