I wish I had thought of buying them sooner! The chairs in my dining room are pretty dirty from our dirty kids. I thought about towing them for a while and then spent so much time at home (all holidays in 2020) that I finally had to do something. I dared, I liked the "grey-brown" color. Many other sellers did not have this color. They were very easy to put on but we cut the laces and they still hold up remarkably well, just attached with a rubber band and chair frame. The reason we cut the ropes was so you could see them hanging under the chairs, it was unattractive and my cats would love them. I can't comment on how well they wash as I didn't need it. Still wash them but for the price I could replace them annually if needed.
