Just replaced my old mat with the one I received yesterday. I used my old LOTS. So much so that it's literally 1/2 thicker than new. Constricted, desperate, but still did his job. The holes for the handles are rough but not torn. I gave the old ladies hardscaping. He's still alive. But is it as new as the old one? It's like comparing a new pair of shoes that should have been identical to the old one. There is no logo on the new mat. The new mat is slightly thicker than the old one when new. I can tell you that as it hangs on a flat metal hook on the wall. The new one should almost clip into the hook where the other never did. "Hinge" on the old one never ceased to amaze me. When I first got the old one, all I knew was that it would fail and that I would have a two-piece mat. nope The hinge function still works. I look at the new carpet and think the same thing. I assume everything will be fine? I will update if it doesn't work.
