I like how easy this system is for my organization, as well as its ease of use once set up. The customer service from NDS was excellent throughout our partnership with them. When we had questions or issues they worked quickly with us to solve any problems. They also provided training materials which made implementing this program easier than expected! There wasn't anything negative about using the product during implementation process. We implemented SimRSS at multiple locations, including both offsite facilities and client offices where employees were not able to access external hard drives/devices directly.
