Great program and great way keep track

The best thing about this service is its ability for us as recyclers, we can work from home or anywhere with our mobile phone! We love being able to destroy all of those old computers without having someone else come into my office every week so I don't need an assistant anymore!! Sometimes when you have multiple people using them at one time they will get stuck trying to delete files but not enough space left which causes problems deleting certain items like photos etc., also sometimes some…

Great Service For Destroying Sensitive Data

The best part is being able see all of our hard drives for destruction as they go through at once! There's nothing wrong with this service, but I wish we could use more than one drive each time so you can destroy 2 or 3 items per visit rather then just 1 item like other companies do (and have since forever!). We've never had an issue destroying any sensitive information via shredding/deletion from within SimShips software; however if there was anything left behind after deletion by hand, those…

Excellent Service from SimRecycleSolutions - Would highly recommend

The software is easy for our employees who have little IT background, or no experience at all with computers/computers systems etc.,to use without any problems (or errors).The process of destruction takes time but this can be easily adjusted by changing settings within each individual folder we want deleted - so there's not much waiting around involved! We've had very few issues since implementing SimRecycleSolutions' services as they provide excellent customer service when needed too!! I would

I like how easy this system is for my organization, as well as its ease of use once set up. The customer service from NDS was excellent throughout our partnership with them. When we had questions or issues they worked quickly with us to solve any problems. They also provided training materials which made implementing this program easier than expected! The customer service is awesome! They go above & beyond for you, which I appreciate. We had an issue with our old computer hard drive not being recognized by the software. Within minutes of contacting them, they were able to get us up & running again (and we didn't have to pay any additional fees). They went out of their way to make sure we were happy every step along the way. There was never anything negative said about the process or the team - everything was great from start to finish!
