Not the best alternative to lightweight formula A&H

Update: now with pictures! These are photos of my older cat (Max, 14 years old) after a routine visit to the crate. Notice how the hind leg is literally covered in its own droppings and debris. It's wet and gross in there and he hates it when I try to get that stuff out of his hands. It's disgusting! As you look at this photo, notice how dark his fur is with a few sprouting white hairs. Now look at the photo of his two front paws. Note the color of his fur in this picture and compare it to the color of the fur on his thigh in the same photo and also to the color of his fur in other photos. Significantly greyer! They are covered in a light film of debris, courtesy of UnTidy Cats. Finally, look at the photo of his face. Ever since he had to switch from the lighter A&H formula, he has had small scabs on the corners of his eyes. You can even see it in this picture; although it wasn't what I was trying to capture. I'm convinced that his eyes (like his paws) are covered in a thin layer of dirt like everything else here, and I believe that these deposits in his eyes are a direct result of that. I can't imagine how amazing this is! Over time, won't those tiny particles scratch his eye enough to do real damage? I'm not happy with that! Now back to the original review: well, it's definitely easy. Odor control is sufficient. That's all for the benefits. It's definitely not dust-free - when I pick it up, a light cloud forms in the air above the box, and the particles are so small they seem to hang in the air forever. And the boy does this stretch everywhere! Arm & Hammer's new AbsorbX line isn't all that bad though! If you're looking for a replacement for the old lightweight A&H formula that they foolishly replaced with AbsorbX, this isn't for you. This stuff pales in comparison.
