This is a very good mild soap especially for hard water when you have to use a lot of soap to lather it which makes hands red and itchy. This soap requires very little, just 1-2 drops, and is very gentle on sensitive skin. Why only 4 stars instead of 5, well although I love caps instead of heels, the caps almost always come undone slightly at the mouth resulting in a lot of soapy liquid spilling out, wish someone smart enough to tape the caps mouth too Make sure the bottle caps are tight and not hanging loose.
