Best to use for mixed media drawing on the go

I use it as the main drawing pad for my intermediate art class in college. I bought this book because it has many pages and I can use wet media. center tooth paper. It is soft and absorbent and picks up many media well. Its quality is good enough and I am confident of doing some serious artwork on it if necessary. It's quite economical, so I use it to experiment and flesh out different materials and techniques. He perfectly picks up graphite, as well as watercolor and gouache. My micron ink pens also work great, as does my Pentalic brush pen. The chalk pastel is AMAZING but the charcoal is so - I like creating fine detail and the paper is a bit more jagged and textured so it takes some work to get the charcoal to lay down and rise nicely. The sides will start to warp if you use heavy washes, but otherwise it's great. I usually pinch the side when I'm crazy about ablutions. Also, if the paper is very damp or you scrub very aggressively, the top layer of the paper can tear. It's a very strong paper, but it's not indestructible. I use a different size for my visual log. All in all, this is a great mixed media book. They come in large sizes, making them easy to carry. Spiral knitting allows you to evenly lay them. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get started with watercolor or mixed media at an affordable price, art journalists, and people who enjoy creating a variety of artwork on the go. I've been a practicing artist for about 10 years. and I'm going back to school to get a degree in art education. I have a lot of experience in drawing and painting and this year I started experimenting with watercolors and mixed media. In my view, this is a well-made, versatile sketchbook - one of the best considering the quality and number of pages you get.
