Review on 🕰️ Vintage Mantel Clock with Real Wood: 4 Chime Options, Antique Design by John Akins

The clock is very accurate and easy to set. It looks very nice and is easy to read. The only downside is that an electronic bell can never compete with a mechanical bell. I used the volume control to help by turning the volume down. After changing the batteries for the bell, I noticed that the top of the last flower didn't look finished. Look at the photos here and see that most of the flower is gone. Remains the height of the top of the clock. Must have been broken upon delivery. Customer service is outstanding! I spoke to Revane who told me to speak to the source and provided links to them and my receipt which they would need. I emailed that evening and received a response by asking a few questions. They sent a photo of the damaged area. I received an email that a new watch will be sent. It was the Tuesday before Christmas. The new watch arrived on Christmas Eve Thursday. I have upgraded my rating from 4 stars to 3 stars to 5 stars!
