Review on Waboba by Melvin Balamani

I was eager to buy some outdoor activities from Waboba, but I was dissatisfied with their customer service. Despite the website being simple to use, I needed help because I had some problems with my purchase. It took a while for customer service to reply after I contacted them. When they did, the representative wasn't very helpful and didn't seem eager to assist me with my problem. I felt underappreciated as a client as a result, which made me angry. Although I support Waboba's goal of promoting outdoor exercise, their subpar customer service has made me hesitant to do business with them in the future. For upcoming clients, I wish they can enhance their customer service.
