Perfect fit for Moka coffee pot
I bought this to use with the Bialetti Moka Express espresso machine. It's the perfect size and the temperature range is easily adjustable. I just boil my moka pot, set the temperature to 2.5 and let it heat up for about 5 minutes. It would be quite small for cooking but perfect for a small kettle or coffee maker.
