This sand bath is perfect. Sufficient size for a Syrian. The dwarf needs a place with lots of sand. But Niteangel has options for that. This sand bath has a fairly large surface area, 8 inches I think. This is perfect for my adult Syrian. She has enough space to turn around and dig as she pleases. Also, the sides are high enough so the sand doesn't get spilled everywhere (into the water, food, etc.). The platform at the top is a great solution for hiding in the sand bath, which is necessary. Hamsters love privacy when bathing - don't they? My hamster loves it and it looks great in her cage so I love it too!
