Review on MT Booking System by Shawn Reiter

I like that it's easy enough so anyone can set up an account with little training, they also have good customer service if needed! They are constantly improving their product & adding new features which makes me feel more confident in using them as my main booking system rather than other alternatives out there (such as OpenSea). It would be nice however when creating tickets/reservations we could add some additional information about what time of day this reservation was made etc., maybe even show who created or booked these reservations? This isn't really much different from most systems though - just something extra added by MTSB might make things easier at times :) We're able book our cruise ships directly through mtsb without having any middlemen involved between us + customers / guests since everything else has been done already via another agency such as Windstar Cruises Ltd..
