A little over a year later, the device stopped working. All the protection that thing talked about is useless! He just died. The touchpad was completely inactive. No buzzers, no warnings, nothing. It is not possible to contact this company by phone. You don't have voicemail. After weeks of trying to contact them via dozens of emails, they wanted me to diagnose the problem myself. Also, I had to pay $60 to ship the defective unit! They will either fix it and ship it back to me or they will send me another unit and at that point I am no longer under warranty on this unit and likely the same will happen. I wish I had never heard of this company! If I ran my RV repair business the way these people run their company, I wouldn't have a single customer. Note: My system consists of three 8-D AGM (12 volt) batteries connected in parallel with a 2/0 wire running 3 feet to the inverter. I was using a laptop and a fluorescent lamp when the device failed
