I researched almost 3 weeks before purchasing, with price being the least important factor, although it turned out to be one of the cheapest. The unit was packaged nicely and looked good despite being placed under the sink. Thanks to the quick connector, the hose is very easy to install. The documentation has not been updated yet as the product is very new but no need to worry as it is very easy to figure out how to connect and do the installation, also there are some videos on YouTube that can help to allay your concerns. It says to flush the tank once when it's full, but I've found you have to do this twice to get clean water and get all the air out of the system. And now it works like a charm, great pressure and the included faucet matches my existing gear perfectly. I spoke to Don about a part I didn't recognize and he said it was the leak detection unit. He will send me installation instructions that will only take a few minutes. You know, they've thought of everything! Highly recommend if you are looking for a reverse osmosis system for your sink filtration system.
