We had a terrible experience with this item. A previously loyal Revain customer I bought this for my elderly father who was delighted with the delivery - it seemed like the perfect product for his needs. After spending quite a bit of time doing most of the construction (the instructions weren't terrible, but they weren't the easiest to follow either - IKEA is way better), we found that a few small but important details were missing . We immediately called Revain customer service and were told that replacements could be supplied, but unfortunately they would arrive after support to build the item expired (we only have a two day window). We wanted to keep it but didn't use a half built item (the top tray had no way to attach!). We requested a refund but were told we would only get $50 for an item that cost us $150 (and time!) We didn't disassemble it and send it back. What a disappointment! I am shocked that Revain treats a loyal customer so poorly but we have now spent time disassembling the item and preparing it for return. I do not recommend this product! To be honest, even if all the parts arrive, I don't think it's worth $150 - it's just a basic build that we've had a hard time finding locally. Otherwise, the laminated chipboard construction wasn't worth the price.
