I bought this chair to use occasionally with my desk chair which gets uncomfortable after long days at work. I think it's very comfortable and very durable/well made. I use it on carpet so I left the wheels off and it's the perfect height to use it that way at my desk (my desk is 29.5" off the floor and I'm 5ft 7", the highest point on the chair is adjustable between 22 - 27" and I find it most comfortable to have it at 25" - add 2.5" to these measurements when attaching caster wheels). The wood finish is smooth so it glides easily over the carpet and the cushions are a lot thicker than I expected so it's very comfortable.to the wheel damage the chair itself is sturdy and I think it will last a long time, you may just need to counter the wheels swap out stronger ones or don't use them at all Also the 200lb weight limit seems conservative, my husband is 230lb and sits in a chair with no issues.
