Review on Yellow FINIS Floating Large Agility Paddles for Effective Swim Training by Danny Rogers

I am very happy with it. I'm 1.80 m tall and I ordered medium. I use them in my workouts and definitely feel like I don't want to go smaller. They stay on your hands pretty well as long as you get the shots right. And a big bonus is that if someone gets off they will swim. This is not usually a major problem in a pool, but can be very important when swimming in the ocean or lake. I see no reason to buy a non-levitating version anymore. My only downside is that the entire hole where the thumb goes can rub against the base of the thumb. I'll probably try sanding it down a bit to make it smoother, or put tape on it to soften it a bit.
