I took OEM, there were about a dozen of them in the store, they let me choose any. I chose by measuring the cover in the light with a caliper reserved for this, out of 8 that were only the 5th in a row turned out to be with an ideal cover. I took the 7600k version for 15000. Now I would take i7. Pros: 1. Cold. 2. Fast. Holds 4.2 GHz without much shamanism with the setting. 3. Consumes little until you load. 4. Faster than QX9770 which was before. Cons: 1. Humped heat spreader cover on most OEM chips. 2. It is a bottleneck in the system with the GTX1070 in the CoD IW game, at maximum settings when there are a lot of objects in the frame (storming the AATIS building), the graphics load is 85% -95% and the percentage is 100% and the FPS drops from 60 to 30. For this config take i7.
