Review on Rodelle by Jay Chowdhury

Unfortunately, Rodelle's online store did not live up to my high aspirations. The company's website was challenging to use and lacked important information, despite its promises to source the finest ingredients in the world. The checkout procedure was difficult to understand, and shipping was very expensive. When my order did eventually show up, the products were not what had been advertised online and the packaging was tattered. I contacted customer service for aid, but they responded slowly and ineffectively. As a life coach, efficiency and attention to detail are important to me, and sadly Rodelle's web store fell short in these respects. For a better online buying experience, I would not advise making a purchase from their website and instead advise looking into alternative options.
