I bought the wrist bands and the screwdriver that came with is stripped, before I was able to finish replacing them. (This is good, as it is better to strip the driver than the screws).I contacted the company and, without questions, I had a whole new set in two days. Really great service!The strap on the bottom of the watch runs a bit long, but not biggie.Be gentle with the screwdriver.
