I should have ordered 14 or 15s as someone who wears a 13. If I squeeze my feet in they are tight enough that I can't ignore it, and it's not as if I have wide or thick feet, either. Going to crush the heel, wear them as heeless slip-ons and keep them even though it's sub optimal. Having to return things is not a big deal for some, but I despise the wasted time on top of already dealing w fraudulent/misleading advertizing. I'd swear these are 12s just labeled as 13s. Disappointed, but they will keep most of my feet warm in the winter, so that's cool, I guess.
