Stopped working after 11 months

It worked great for our garage, until it stopped working 11 months after purchase. It wasn’t used during the summer. No more heat from it at all now. Granted, I live in MN and it maybe isn’t built for that kind of cold.

Great product! If I could change anything, I’d make it a bit hotter and provide more mounting options. If I could hang it from something, that would be convenient. Oh, and have me write and illustrate the instructions. All in all, a great product!
