A complete disaster, the product definitely did not pass the quality check!!!
If you are reading this review and thinking about buying this watch, then it's time to stop. It is unlikely that you will be lucky (as I thought) and get fully working hours. The very essence of this device is to ensure the safety of the child, and with such a battery and unstable operation of the device, the essence of this gadget is lost. I myself initially re-read a bunch of reviews, but due to the fact that the child wanted a black watch, and also considering the cost of this model (above average), I decided to purchase ELARI KidPhone 4GR. Thought we might be lucky. But no. What I ended up with was problems with the return of funds (the watch was bought at MegaFon and they are not eager to return the money spent for a low-quality product). The watch has been submitted for quality control. I don't know what to expect after that. Conclusion: if you do not want to spoil your mood, lose money, upset your child, leave him without communication - DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL. By the way, yes, the ELARI support service, to which I wrote appeals, does not respond. Probably for them there are no problems in the operation of the devices on which you spend your money.
- The only advantage is the design. They look really good, especially when compared with analogues (which, by the way, for the most part, are cheaper).
- The battery on this watch does not hold a charge. You charge 100% - 3 hours and they are discharged (despite the fact that wi-fi, Bluetooth, GPS, tracking are disabled). After recharging up to 100%, they were completely discharged overnight, just lying on a shelf. Further, the smartphone application constantly exits / crashes, to continue working, you need to log in again every time. Calls through the application go through once, that is, if there is an urgent need, then you should not expect promptness in making a call. On the watch itself, the GPS turns on and off spontaneously. In the settings menu, both regular and advanced, there are many settings that cannot be activated (this is not provided by the watch functionality), which is misleading.
