I bought these vests for my Maltipoo and Terrier mixes a few years ago. They were great - great quality, wash well and keep my puppies warm. We recently decided to order a size larger than our terrier (he was a life saver and very skinny when we brought him home) and when I received him in the post the button at the top of the jacket was broken. I immediately sent it back and ordered a replacement. The second vest also came with a broken clasp. Aggravating! I contacted Gubi and they said they would take care of it. I decided to take a chance and order a THIRD vest (maybe third time is nice?!) and unfortunately it arrived last night with a broken clasp. I recommend this brand to all my friends for the quality and haven't had any issues in the past so I'm not entirely sure what's going on here. The goods are not cheap and I am very disappointed. The third vest was sent today.
