I didn't like it, I don't recommend buying.
We will try to return the chair under warranty, they called the manufacturer, he sent it to the store where they purchased it. And the store, due to quarantine, closed the warranty department until the 30th. In general, we were upset, of course, we were waiting for problems with the gas lift, which many wrote about, but then the problem got out in a completely different place . I can’t advise this chair for purchase. I hope we can solve the problem with the store or manufacturer.
- Bought the chair 5 days ago. The only positive is that it is comfortable to sit on.
- The hemorrhoid began at the assembly stage, according to the instructions, it was proposed to first assemble the seat with armrests, then attach the back to this structure. The two of us for half an hour, if not more, tried to install this backrest evenly. Until it dawned on me that it’s easier to first assemble the backrest with armrests and fasten the seat with it. And immediately everything got up in 5 minutes. The rest came together easily. But these are small things compared to ONE huge disadvantage. For 5 days of using this chair, in normal operation at the computer. By the table, in some incredible way, the foam rubber in the seat CRUMPLED. 5 days have passed! I don't know how to better describe this problem, I'm attaching a photo.
