Review on Panasonic KX TG9581B Link2Cell DECT_6 0 1 Handset by Frank Harwood

This is a good phone in terms of performance but there are some oddities. With wired phones you can't hear your own voice through the handset and my husband just can't get used to it. At first we thought one was broken but we replaced it and got a third one and all three are in this condition. Cordless phones are good in this regard, they're pretty clear and easy to use, but I need to figure out how to hold a call on a cordless phone. It is not clearly marked if there is even a path. Maybe because my husband wants them back I didn't bother to look through the manual. However, I think if a function should have a special button, it is HOLD. UPDATE: I CANNOT GET HELP FOR THIS ARTICLE - THE SCREEN TAKES ME TO A PLACE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY PHONE OR CHAT AND THEN NOTHING. OUTSIDE THE RETURNS WINDOW AND THERE IS NO WAY TO RECEIVE ANYONE.
