I bought these batteries to replace the batteries that came with our two cordless VOIP phones. Initially these batteries worked well but after 10 months all the batteries failed. I have a feeling that pairing batteries with low self-discharge and everyday devices with relatively high drain consumption may not be the right choice, so I certainly cannot blame the quality of the batteries for this result. Also, the loading consistency that my users have noticed may have been somewhat random. While I'm looking for other batteries for my next replacement kit, I don't think these are necessarily "bad" batteries, they just don't fit the situation.
