I finally broke down and bought this cooling pad because my laptop's fans couldn't provide enough cooling to keep my computer running properly after prolonged use. Although some recent purchases from Prime have not been so good, this cooling pad arrived on the second day as expected. It was boxed in a box so that it will be well protected during shipping. The pad is made of hard plastic that feels very durable. It features foldable clips on the top front to keep the computer in place and fold-out legs on the bottom rear to raise the pad to one of two convenient working heights. To compensate for the use of a USB port for connection, the tablet is equipped with an additional USB port on the back. Cooling is provided by two sets of two fans, each with variable speed controlled by a switch for each fan set. The fans produce cool air quietly enough that my laptop hasn't even gotten hot since I've been using it. For those like me who use their computer almost continuously throughout the day, a cooling pad like this is an absolute must. Although I've only had it for about a week, I don't think you could do anything better than this. So I feel comfortable, highly recommend it.
