Review on 💻 Intel Core i7-8700 Desktop Processor: 6 Core, Up to 4.6 GHz, LGA 1151 300 Series, 65W Power Consumption by Mateusz Weber ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Just super, the product is made wonderfully, very satisfied.

I read the reviews and somehow feel ashamed of something. " - bad thermal paste - high TDP - heated at 90 ° - does not take more than 5ghz - . . . » Umm. Seriously? The 8086K is the ultimate flagship gem built with serious overclocking in mind. I am convinced that 90% of people who 'complain' about performance/compatibility issues, etc. simply saved money on the motherboard, cooling or something else, did not understand the BIOS settings enough and, as a result, quite naturally do not get what they need. what this processor is really capable of. Briefly about my results. System start and work in Windows - 5.6ghz @ 1.470v. Temperatures no more than 65 °. The maximum stable overclock is 5.5ghz @1.470v. Temperatures in tests are not more than 75 °. Overclocking for 24/7 use is 5.3ghz @1.370v. Temperatures in tests are not more than 65 °. Attached are the confirmed CPU-Z and 3DMark results. Processor scalped. Used liquid metal Coollaboratory Liquid Ultra (~700). Seasonic Prime Ultra Titanium 1000W power supply (~25,000). Motherboard Asus ROG Maximus X Hero (18,500). Corsair Vengeance LPX 3600mhz 18-19-19-39 RAM, overclocked to 4000mhz 16-16-16-28 (16,000). Cooling Corsair H110i with two <1000rpm fans (bought a long time ago, ~9,000). All prices are 2022 and valid as of 09/11/18. Do not save on high-quality components and do not be lazy to understand the intricacies of the settings! All love.

In the stress test 70 degrees, in games it is an order of magnitude colder.
