Just tried it on my 2003 Ford Crown Vic Police Interceptor. Turns out I don't have any saved codes, but if I do, it has a handy feature that lets you look at a specific code to see what it means. Of course, you can also use it to clear codes to turn off the check engine light. You can also use it as a real-time readout for a few things like speed, RPM, coolant temp, and a few others that I can't remember off my head. This is the most convenient for the user. As soon as you plug it in, it will start up and you just have to use the up/down, back and ok arrow keys to get where you want to go. I read all the instructions before using it but it turned out to be completely unnecessary as it is totally intuitive
