just used for an event. I stretched them by hand as instructed in the instructions. It is then filled with an electric balloon pump. I filled it up a little, then bled some air, did it about 4 times. Once I get to about 12 inches they will pop. I spent about 20+ balloons. Some of them already had cuts/tears. Some would fill in one-sided. The largest I could fill with these balloons was about 12 inches. I've attached a photo so you can see the 17 inch latex balloon compared to this clear balloon which should inflate to 20 inches. I had to deal with a 12" size for an event, I was dissatisfied as the customer wanted a 20" size.
