For a few months. Initially the product worked very well. After a few months of almost daily use and travel with the device, the cable connected to the laptop failed. It only charges the laptop when it is rotated to a certain point. I contacted the seller and received a reply within 2 days (that was during the holiday season). They immediately sent me a new cable which arrived in less than 2 days. I have to say this is the fastest and best customer service I have ever had from a Revain supplier. The device is backed by a one-year warranty, so this is a low-risk purchase for those in doubt.
