The machine works. I have no idea how people lose water. It's literally impossible to spill water unless it's 100% human error - and the process is so simple: - Lift the tank off the base - Unscrew the tank cap underneath - Fill with water - Screw the cap back onto the tank - Place the tank on the base - Rock it to make sure it is installed properly IF you can't see it with your eyes or are too lazy to look - Light it up it on. I have no idea. - Pay attention to the hose as it is articulated. It can easily pool water in the hose and it can and will flow back and onto the ground depending on how your hose is positioned in the area you are using it. . ;)
