The BMW OEM replacement was $112.
2012 BMW X5. The part is made from hard molded plastic rather than the softer textured BMW OEM (IMO) replacement. But for β¬19.99 I am very satisfied. Nobody will ever know that this is not an original BMW door handle as the leather part hides this part. The assembly was perfect, the installation took no more than 15 minutes. Recommend a set of plastic pry bars (e.g. ARES 70223) to carefully remove the leather sheath, and then you need torx socket wrenches for the handle mounting screws. This part is a great option to avoid buying another expensive genuine BMW part.
