I love that it's very customizable, so you can create your own job posting or have their team customize one for us when we need them done quickly! It saves time by being able train our recruiters in house instead of outsourcing this process every year (we've been doing hiring since 2011).
The only thing about using applicants was if there were any issues with candidates not submitting resumes/cover letters correctly then they would just ignore those applications until someone else submitted something correct - which took forever sometimes because some people are slow at getting back into work after having taken off due medical reasons etc.. We're solving problems like how do teams keep track who has applied already vs new hires? And also finding qualified employees versus filling positions fast as well saving money from out sourcing all HR needs internally rather than paying large amounts each month outside consultants charge per hour plus overtime fees + travel.
