I'm thrilled! I was looking for a sturdy pot that would be able to heat evenly and cook large portions of foods like no-bake cookies, sauces, soups, stews, etc. I cook these meals for a small family. "Confessional. The large size helps to cook multiple portions at the same time and avoid problems such as overcooking, etc. The thick bottom prevents sticking and ensures even heating and cooking, I can step back a few minutes to help customers, and making sure that my products (e.g. no-bake cookies) which require almost constant stirring don't burn or stick to the bottom when I reduce the heat before leaving.It also prevents the Temperature drops too much when I let and reheat quickly to maintain the even temperatures a recipe needs to make a great product More complex recipes that require so much attention and stirring are so much easier with this pot gift a pair 🙋‍♀️ UPDATE --- 11/18/2020 Hi everyone! Well I still love this pot! I've used it to make large batches of items almost daily and I'm delighted me to tell you that I have not burned, scalded, set on fire a single item in this pot 🤔! There are scratches on the outside and a few on the cover glass. I make sure to use a sponge or SOS pad and rub EVERY bit every time I've managed to keep it almost new. After more than half a year and 1/2 use and failure! The price is what drew me to these particular devices, but I hated the thought of getting the cheapest and guaranteed worst burnt flavors of gravies, gravies, and no-bake cookies, and I enjoy my personal recipe immensely. Burnt food is not an option! The heavier the pan, the better for eating, but they're too expensive for most people's needs. The bottom plate solves this problem quite well, still needs to be watched, but not so much. 👌 I've decided I need to order another one of these, but the next smaller size. 🙄 Hope I didn't wait too long and they're sold out. Well I'm back at work hoping that the next recipe or idea will suddenly "light up" in my head 🧐🙄😍. Thanks for getting some of these. the tension in my neck and shoulders escapes from incoherent words!😉
