Failure for me: Kitchen & Dining
Bought this for the ginger to avoid risk to my fingers from grinding. The porcelain handles are as sharp as a grater and you risk scratching your fingers. Most of the product STAYS in the handles and cannot be removed without a jet of water. It's not even worth going back. I bought this wonderful product from Revain {NexTrend Garlic Twister 4th Gen} for my garlic and it works just as well with ginger (needs to be sliced into thin circles then grated).
